Late Arrival

Please note that arriving late will impact the length of your treatment.
If you arrive later than the time of your scheduled appointment, your treatment will be shortened in consideration of the next patient and our sanitizing procedures.

Direct billing and insurance

We will require your Health Benefits information so we can Direct Bill to your insurance company. Please keep in mind that every insurance plan is different so you may or may not be required to do a co-payment or deductible. Most plans have a deductible amount that will need to be paid before the insurance company covers the cost of treatment (like a dentist visit). This deductible will reset every calendar year (January 1). The Payment Portal will give us the amount the insurance company will pay, you are responsible for any remaining amounts owing not paid by your insurance company.
We do not check patient’s coverage, you are responsible for finding out this information.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation, if needed, must be done 24 hour before your scheduled appointment or you will be charged full price for your treatment.
Same day appointments cannot be rescheduled or cancelled.
